Because every item is printed on demand, we don't hold stock — but your satisfaction matters, and this policy explains exactly what to expect.

Defects and errors: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you in full — no need to ship the faulty item back.

Made to order: outside the cancellation and withdrawal rights below, we can only accept returns or refunds for defects (as above) — not for a wrong size chosen or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Buyers in the EU, EEA and UK: you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind, and we honour it. See our Right of Withdrawal page for the deadline, how to tell us, who pays return postage, and the model withdrawal form.

Cancellations: if you contact us within a couple of hours of ordering and it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll do our best to cancel and refund it.

How to start: email [email protected] with your order number and (for defects) a clear photo. We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps.

Timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
